Question : What happens after I place my order?

Answer : You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your order. you will then receive an email telling you that your order is being processed. In that email, you will also be notified that your order will be tracked from processing at the factory, to delivery to your address. In between processing and delivery, you will probably receive at least one email advising you of how close your order is to delivery. we will try and let you know as far ahead of time as we can, as to when your order is out for delivery, however this is somewhat reliant on the delivery companies tracking info. We know our customers are busy, so you will not need to track your order, we will take care of that for you.
